    <Paragraph position="1"> 22 Spark-Jones et al. 1996; King 1999, among many others, identified more three types of evaluation processes: the progress evaluation, the adequacy evaluation and the diagnostic evaluation. The first and second types are used for comparative benchmarking.</Paragraph>
    <Paragraph position="2"> 23 Adequacy evaluation aims at finding out whether a system or product is adequate to someone's needs. This type is typically done when thinking of acquiring a system.</Paragraph>
