    <Paragraph position="0"> We have explained that phraseness and informativeness should be unified into a single score to return useful ranked keyphrases for analysts. Our proposed approach calculates both scores based on language models and unified into a single score. The phrases generated by this method are intuitively very useful, but the results are difficult to evaluate quantitatively.</Paragraph>
    <Paragraph position="1"> In future work we would like to further explore evaluation of keyphrases, as well as investigate different smoothing techniques. Further extensions include developing a phrase boundary segmentation algorithm based on this framework and exploring applicability to other languages.</Paragraph>
