    <Paragraph position="0"> We have presented a multimodal public information kiosk, MATCHKiosk, which supports complex unstructured tasks such as browsing for restaurants and subway directions. Users have the flexibility to interact using speech, pen/touch, or multimodal inputs. The system responds with multimodal presentations which coordinate synthetic speech, a virtual agent, graphical displays, and system use of electronic ink.</Paragraph>
