</SectionTitle>
    <Paragraph position="0"> We have provided a brief account of how document structure and inherent semantics can be captured and processed efficiently by the emerging technologies such as XML, RDF and OWL. By doing so, we have brought innovations in correlating different levels of document management with respect to various services afforded by these technologies. The differential treatment of structure, content and organization provides ample flexibility and extensibility, which are the primary requirements for such a system.</Paragraph>
