    <Paragraph position="0"> This paper has applied a deterministic algorithm based on dynamic local optimization to multitotal obj sub mod D.A L.A  lingual dependency parsing. Through the error analysis for some languages, we think that the difference between languages is a main obstacle posed on multi-lingual dependency parsing. Adopting different learners according to the type of languages may be helpful to multi-lingual dependency parsing.
