    <Paragraph position="0"> A morphological analyzer has been presented that is capable of interpreting both orthographic and syntactic rules. This represents a substantial improvement over the method of incorporating morphological facts directly into the code of an analyzer. The use of these rules leads to a powerful, flexible morphological analyzer.</Paragraph>
