    <Paragraph position="0"> In addition to being useful in current interactive natural language interfaces, the paraphrase task provides an excellent context to explore interesting issues in both natural language understanding and generation as well as paraphrasing itself. In the next phase of our research we plan to look at quantifier scope ambiguities, lexical choice, and the interaction between multiple problems and strategies for improvement.</Paragraph>
