    <Paragraph position="0"> In this paper: 1 described a cas~based transfer system, SimTran, which combines I~CT with a similarity calculation method. RCT has powerful correspondences between the source structure and the target structure of a translation rule, which can express most structural discrepancies between two languages.</Paragraph>
